Since it doesn't look like we're going to be able to use the pure Go resolver in Go v1.21, this PR updates the library to use the
sock_getaddrinfofunction from the WasmEdge sockets extension.Our wasi-go library supports it since dispatchrun/wasi-go#41.
I've made it the default, but kept the old way there too behind a build tag.
